    Located in the historical town centre of Montagnac (34), our restaurant enables you to appreciate the preserved authenticity of the South between Mèze and Pézenas. The 14th-century vaulted cellar will seduce you with its atmosphere and its “design” layout. The “carte” is renewed quite often according to products available and daily inspiration.
    The restaurant proposes a “spontaneaous”, creative and refined home-made cuisine with daily products, served in a somptuous 14th-century dining room. A large wine cellar with Languedoc wines and beers of the whole world. In our facility, the meat is dressed, the shrimps are peeled, the fresh vegetables and fish are worked softly. The owner wants to please his clients and make them discover sometimes astonishing but above all very tasty pairings between dishes and beers.
